Have you ever thought of 'Why food stuffs are well preserved in the refrigerator?' Students are given the knowledge to scientifically understand foods made available in our daily lives.

Practice in Cooking I, II
Students receive training and several techniques in cooking. They cook not only for taste but also for nutritional value and safety. In the meal preparation practices, combinations of foodstuffs for effective nutritional supplementation are studied.

Practice of Anatomical Physiology I
In order to gain a deeper understanding of diseases, students must learn about the human body. In order to do this, students learn with an anatomical model and real tissue samples.

Practice in Institutional Food Service Management
Students practice cooking for more than 100 people keeping nutrition and safety as their main objective. These practices help prepare them for the management of any public food service.
